Helloooo!
I recently joined in this app, I think 6 days ago.
So, today marks my fifth day of following Chloe's workout program. However, the day I signed up for the app, I was already doing the exercises from Chloe's program but not on the app itself.
Today is my sixth day of working out. If anyone is unclear about what I'm referring to, please feel free to leave a message below.
The next two days will be my workout weekends. I plan to continue with my workouts during these days. I want to maintain my progress and will do the workouts without using the app. Instead, I'll go to Chloe's YouTube channel and follow some of the workouts there.
Do you think it's okay for me to do this? Or you think my body needs some time to relax? What do you think about my approach?
