Life Advice
I don’t know how to say see first I did very strict diet and I loose all my muscle and now when I want it back I am confuse how much calorie should I take because also I want my hair back so much my hair is almost bald so I want my hair back before I take almost 600kcal but slowly I did 4000 but now i am getting too full that I can’t handle and vomit and also even after this when I do small work like kitchen work or go for a walk I think I will burn my all calorie it will not go to my hair what should I do even chat gpt get me confuse he is saying if you dance 6 hour + exercise and include your bmr you need more than 5000 it will be good now tell even 4000 I can’t handle how will handle 5 by the way I want to tell that I dance but in full intensity please help me please (edited by moderator)
