Life Advice
I’m a teenager and I know I shouldn’t care about my weight etc but I’ll be honest I’m 219.6 ilbs or 90 something kg and I’m so extremely tired of looking this way and I know school just started but I want to look better for my graduation and things. I’m not chubby everywhere but mostly my stomach I look pregnant if I’m being honest and I’m too afraid of telling my mom and dad and I always try and eat “healither” but I just fall back into the same routine of eating bad.. ish. I also try and do exercises in my room since I’m too afraid to do it downstairs where my family is but my floors squeak and creak and it’s udderly annoying and I just want to lose weight. I always suck my stomach in photos to look cute but I’m just done I want to lose my stomach fat or really anything. Tips are greatly appreciated
