Do you know what is the reason of gaining weight during period? also if my period is late what should I do?
I started a new program today, it's 2024 weightless challenge. I feel very strong, after completing this workout because in the past few days I didn't work out. I have gained weight from 156 to 161.4 lbs I didn't eat particularly clean but my overall diet is clean. I eat more protein except for my period days I need to have something like a cake (on normal days, I absolutely hate it and I can't have sugar). My energy was super low I was suppose to get my period but I didn't, and usually right before my period I feel low and very moody. According to my Flo profile, today is the first day that my period is late and so I didn't want to wait another few days to start my workouts I just want to control my weight and body. I am trying to get back in shape. In this challenging time it is difficult for me to stay motivated and keep going, but I also understand that motivation is not the only way to go about this because the most important thing is to stay consistent and disciplined and take one step a time.
