Hi everyone. I’ve been feeling less motivated lately to do any workouts. The last time I’ve done a full Chloe ting workout session was on the 4th and for the last few weeks I’ve either done one video and just do the other ones another day or just not do any of them for days. I take longer breaks in between, sometimes I only do half of the video and just don’t complete it until another day. And I really just don’t know why. Since December I’ve been able to complete all the days on time but I just can’t now. just been feeling more lazy and more ‘What’s even the point’ even though I know there is one, I just don’t want to do it ☹️Has anyone else felt this before? Is this okay to feel?
Update: Thank you everyone ❤️ I spent yesterday when I posted this resting but today I joined a new program (daily 20) and completed the first day without any trouble! I did take a bit of a break in between videos but I am so proud of myself 🥺
