Guys I'm in exams and have to study so I do not have much time to exercise and Im hours just in my chair studying. I put tons of effort in exercising and kepping with the diet but I'm scared about gaining weight cause my usual intake of food even tho is less than when I do more exercise cause im less hungry.
I'm so damn stressed cause I think that if I don't exercise a lot for a few days i'm gonna be fat.
What can I do? Am I gonna gain tons of weight for a few days or lose muscle? (edited by moderator)
