Hi All 👋🏼,

I am new here and would like to know how others have dealt with PCOs and Endometriosis whilst training. 

I have been struggling with my weight for nearly a decade since I pretty much hit puberty.  Then in my mid twenties after years of my weight fluctuating frequently, I started going to the doctors and specialists.  Finding out I have thyroid problems, PCOs, Endometriosis and hormonal issues.  All my weight is held in the usual pockets arms, thighs and lower belly.  

I would love to read your experiences, none of my friends or family understand this emotional rollercoaster.

Is there anyone else who struggles with PCOs and/or Endometriosis?
