Hey guys, I'm currently in a calorie deficit and have been for many months now. It's become part of my routine as I have done it for so long. However anytime I have a cheat day the next morning I have always gained 1kg+ it makes me feel really insecure about myself and I just want to get to the bottom of the problem. Does anyone know what this is and if its normal. (edited by moderator)
