Life Advice
Ive been having issues in my relationship, which has been affecting my workouts
As the title says, me and my partner are not in a good patch right now. This started when there was a shift in his behavior during the 6-7months of the relationship and he just started ignoring me and being disrespectful to me. this whole disrespectiful thing went on for around 3 months (the entirety of summer vacation). and when the school started he started getting a bit better but now its where that obviously ive been affected by his 3 month change and there were times when i hurt him unknowinlgy. i always apologised a hundred time but it never seemed to be enough..... my mistakes were always met with 10x disrespect. But you see, when the r/s is good, its js so good. I love him very much but this whole act of him has me so demotivated and drained that i can barely have eergy left to do the workouts. i still love him very much but i dont have the heart to leave him... if you have any advice on how can i workout despite this whole situation.
