Loss of Motivation and Ruined Progress

Hi everyone! I was doing the 2024 weight loss challenge and I was doing really well and staying pretty consistent. I started at 79kg and dropped to 78k (176lbs to 173lbs). Around the end of July (I don’t know why I said September lmao) with a week left of the program, I just completely stopped and lost all motivation. I’m now at 80kg (178lbs) and just feel so upset with myself and feel like I ruined all my progress. I had finally felt good when I would look in my mirror but now I just feel disappointed in myself when I look. I want to get back into working out and enjoyed working out, but when I go to work out I don’t have the motivation or energy to actually start. Has anyone else felt this way? How did you guys get yourself out of it? What are the best ways to lose weight fast (but healthy! )?
