I haven’t had my period for the past 3 months, and was in a slight calorie deficit for the past 2 months. Waiting for my gynaecologist appointment. But feeling anxious in the meantime - does anyone know why I may have lost my period?
No change in my lifestyle at all other than that - no new supplements, medicine, or chance of pregnancy. Did slightly increase exercise in the past month. Honestly wasn’t tracking calories but I feel like I was in a healthy small deficit only - no change in energy levels, hunger cues were the same as before, no dizziness.
Does anyone know why I may have lost my period?
