Hello! I was wondering what others do for exercise when they’re having menstrual pains… my periods typically last 7-10 days and I have extreme pain for the first 3-5 days. I typically do yoga or just completely stop working out, but I want to start ensuring that I'm constantly exercising so I don't backtrack on my fitness goals during my period. I normally workout 5x per week, so it would be nice to keep doing that even on my period.
What do you typically do on your period? Any advice is greatly appreciated! :)
