Life Advice
Guys I've been in a crash diet and which crashed my metabolism very much, and gained ×2 times of weight and completely broke me. Both mentally and physically, I've started eating a balanced meal tracking calories. But idk why there is no change.
I've started walking for 5k steps daily. And 3 times a week of strength training. But nothing don't seem to work. Can you all plssssss plsssss tell me way. I really want to change my physique.
I'm 22. 164cm before starting the crash diet (99kg - 2024)
After crash diet (112kg - 2026...).
