How do you combat menstrual cramps while trying to keep fit and continue with daily workouts?

Not sure about yall but when it’s my time around the month, sometimes I’m in so much pain I can barely stay awake. I honestly can’t help but want to simply drink tea and sleep. Getting through my job each day becomes a battle.
