Hey guys! These days I am doing “ 2020 summer shred challenge” . Yesterday I did day 15 . The “ intense intense full body HIIT “ was really challenging for me , but I was able to get through it . I also did intermittent fasting for 16 hours . Today morning I Felt a severe muscle pain in all parts of my body , it was so painful that I couldn’t sit properly . Right now(afternoon) my muscle pain is gone but I have severe headache and eye ache and I have high fever too. For how many days should I stop exercising ? What should I do in the future to prevent these symptoms?
