My Calorie Deficit Plan 🤍

Hey guys, I’ve been seeing a lot of people having a goal to loose weight on here and not sure how to. I thought I’d share my calorie deficit plan on here to help you!

‼️NOTE: This advice is not from a professional/doctor/nutritionist this advice is based solely off my knowledge, understanding and research based on this topic as well as personal experience through trial and error. This is what I am CURRENTLY doing, this works for me but please remember that everyone’s day, body composition, etc. is different so what may work for me, may not work for you, do not get discouraged or disheartened if this doesn’t work for you 💗

How do I loose weight?

• to loose weight I am in a calorie deficit. This is where you consume less calories then your body burns per day. (Calories in vs calories out)

How did I get into a calorie deficit?

• I got into a calorie deficit by looking for a “TDEE maintenance calculator”, gave it my information (weight, height, gender, age, activity level) and it told me how many calories I burn a day on average.

Now to get into a calorie deficit, I took that maintenance calories and subtracted 500 from it
Example: (2200 - 500 = 1700)

Now for my tips/tricks that I am currently doing:

1. I try get atleast 8 hours of sleep a day 🛌

2. I do a refeed every second Saturday during my calorie deficit 🥘

3. I do Intermittent fasting, this is something I’ve been doing for 3 years consistently now, not just during my calorie deficit. 🍽️

4. I try to get atleast 5k steps a day, Walking is such an underrated way of getting exercise in, it’s low impact, relaxing and easy. 🚶‍♀️

‼️ NOTE: Again, this is simply my advice based off my knowledge, research and personal experiences. I am not a professional, doctor or nutritionist.
