Can i make my rib cage smaller ? Is it possible? I think my body looks big with my rib cage and i think its the reason why i think im fat because everyone in my family says that im fine but i think my rib cage and my lower belly ruins my body shape … i searched on youtube on how to make it smaller and i actually found some videos i did them for couple of weeks then i stoped i did see some changes but i though that i am hurting myself so i didnt do it and now i want another way to make it smaller but i dont know how .. does anyone suffer from this too?
