My story

So I started my workout back in 2020, I was obese with the weight of 86kg and height being 164cm. I had no idea what to do and just randomly followed Chloe on youtube. Then in 2021 I was diagnosed with PCOS and doctor said it will be hard for me to lose weight, and he was right, it took me almost a year and a half to reach 74kg. And then I got into University for further studies, my whole schedule got off track, the delivery food and Canteen food which didn't have enough protein and were most carbs made me gain weight and now I'm standing at a point where I am around 88kgs. I feel so hopeless, living in hostel doesn't leave me with much good options. I don't know what to do and my PCOS was kinda under control when I lost weight and now again it flared up. I feel so depressed and stressed.
