My nails grow really damn slow.Like VERY SLOW.
In the past,I have tried all kinds of stuff to grow out my nails like using garlic cloves,soaking them in lemon water and salt, moisturize them before sleeping....And the list goes all.You name a damn YT video thing to grow nails and I would have done that in the past.

I almost meet my daily protein intake daily and have been eating healthy as well. Why wouldy nails not grow still and do you have any other tips to grow them out which practically makes them grow?

I don't want that thing: grow your nails fast.....Because ik it takes time for them to grow

I am also not a nail biter incase that's one of the suggestions to stop doing.
