I have been at my workplace for two months now. The senior staff is a bit arrogant and selfish sometimes. Ik I am not a newbie any more. But still there are many things that I don't know yet. But some pretend like do whatever u want. 
I don't know whether it's normal thing in a workplace. But I feel so toxic sometimes.
Is this workplace shock that still going on like culture shocks in going abroad.
