All my life, all I've wanted is to be skinny and I'm only 18! I'm tired of looking the way I do, I just want to lose weight, be skinny at a healthy weight ofcourse, and I workout everyday, but I still don't lose weight and I'm still fat. I don't know what to do anymore. Everytime I open any social media apps and I see these girls with perfect body with small waist and a flat stomach, I get insecure all over again. What do I do?
