Life Advice
Hello girlies!
So... I already achieved one month in the gym but sometimes life goes hard and it feels like I can't do anything, even getting up from my bed. I know resting is a good thing and listening to my body but, that type of days have become really often and sometimes I don't really know what to do.
I need your help! I want to rest but at the same time I want to feel productive and good about my progress and stuff, a little bust of energy, what is something that helps you so maybe I can try it to?
I go like 3 days in a week and I have school in the morning.
Maybe can you share your routine from every day? Idk, everything helps. Thank you for reading me! 💞 (sorry if my English is not that good, I'm Mexican so I don't usually talk it)
