Life Advice
i have been doing the weight loss challenge for sometime now and i have gotten this fear of what i eat is not good for
me (even though im told it is) and im scared to eat because i feel that it will ruin my progress and im not sure what to do about it and also i just look in the mirror and im scared i gained weight because i feel like i look fatter now i have already lost 12 pounds and im left with 35.8 more to go and school starts in 2 days and i really just want to look like every pretty girl and fit in but if im not skinny like them then how will it happen? But that’s it can someone please give me advice? Or just help me out with things that’s safe for me to eat and how to make this progress faster?
