Last year, during the holidays, I sprang my ankle and that made me stop working out.So I usually go for a walk, even though my ankle was healing.So I would get my steps in to the point that I stopped working out now that i'm starting to work back out.I could feel tenderness on the ankle that i'm injured last year.Especially the new workout, I am in. it hasn't swelled the only thing that bothers me is it's very tender to the touch
And doing some workout, I can't do certain moves because of it, especially when you're doing the death lift one leg deathlift.Hopefully, it's nothing I'll keep icing it after my workout.
