Life Advice
I have too many problems and I'm finding it really hard to deal with them because I feel so much resentment. Basically, I have problems with people who bother me, and the more I talk to them, the more I realize they're all the same. It's even happening with my friends now, but I don't want to leave them because I've known them for a long time. But it makes me resentful, and when I think about it, I want to hit whatever's within reach. Unfortunately, I have to restrain myself, but holding back prevents me from being fully present. So I'd like some advice on how to release this resentment, and I think it's largely related to the stress I'm hiding... Thank you so much
