Hi girls!! I've been diagnosed with PCOS and unfortunately, when it comes to training, it's clear that the results also depend on a consistent and healthy diet (which I'm currently doing), but the problem is that I don't see any progress, and I've been training for quite a long time, because I recently found out about this app and now I'm using it for daily training. What else do you recommend/or your methods for PCOS?? OFC I have meds from my doctor so don’t worry about that but I need to get supplements for that!! thanks for your advice and remember to be happy sweeties!! 🤍
