Heyi have pcos but with regular periods, i have been working for 7 months ie since feb 2026, i have harmonal pcos like my harmones LH like its 7.6 is way high then expected, but my periods were regular.
Today i have repeated my sample on day2 of menses and LH came to very normal range 3.76 
And fsh was normal
My march Lh: fsh ratio was 1.22
Now in august ,  Lh: fsh ratio was 0.67
I am happy :) Exercising inproved my harmonal profile which i was struggling since 2 years.
