PCOS in remission

So I just had a blood test to check on my crazy PCOS hormones, my last one was last year and they were awful. I was ovulating but not healthily as my hormones were all over the place.

Now they are perfectly balanced and in normal range, my symptoms are improving and I am now ovulating healthily.

I just wanted to share that I think that doing Chloe’s workout plans have really helped me in being able to improve my lifestyle, reduce stress and as a result sort out my hormones.

My GP told me that the only recommended way to improve things was to take contraception but would only work temporarily. I did the research and took the lifestyle route and I’m so glad I did as the results speak for themselves.

I don’t recommend not listening to professionals but my doctor said it herself that PCOS really isn’t researched enough therefore the information she can provide will always be limited by that.

PCOS is of course different for everyone. For example I have lean PCOS which based off my hormones I think is mainly triggered by having too much cortisol. Someone with insulin resistant PCOS would likely have to take a completely different approach than me.
