Hi everyone! I was just diagnosed with PCOS and I have read up on it a bit and I seen gain weight is something that sometimes comes with PCOS. I struggle to lose weight even when working out and eating better than I normally would.
I plan to continue to work out and eat better than I normally would but I was wondering if anyone else has had this kind of problem (with PCOS or without because I’m sure both options will help)? What are some of the workouts you seen the best progress with? What are some kinds of healthy snacks you ate to help?
