Does it occur only to me not to be able to finish a team challenge with the same persons who started it?  I’m on my 15th challenge and each and every team challenge that I have done so far had most of the people stopped doing it (sometimes even just after the first or second day). 
I know life happens and every one of us feels different, but it is very discouraging that each time team challenges fails.  The memebers do not even try to reach out in the group chat asking for help or providing feedbacks. 
Please, know that it is ok not to want to be committed, but in that case just start a casual team, not a timed one… 
I feel like I will be more motivated doing it alone at this point… Does anyone feel the same?  😢
