Hey ladies! I thought I'd check in and see if I have and meno friends! Today i went to have my hormones checked because I'm having hot flashes, night sweats and serious brain fog (like my regular brain fog is 10 times worse).  My wife will be starting hrt this week so we have a lot of changes we'll be going thru together!

Curious if anyone has any tips or takeaways from their experiences going thru the stages of menopause.
