Okay, question for the girlies!
I have a very bad period, not to be TMI or anything. I bleed harder than your average girl, and the cramps are crippling (which is saying something because I have a very high pain tolerance). I've been adding jump roping in with Chloe's workouts, and I've enjoyed it. Today, I started my period and I didn't know it yet. I started my day, as usual, with working out. I did fine with Chloe's, then got to the jump roping and I was jumping for maybe 2 minutes and then all of a sudden a rush of pain came through immediately and brought me to tears. I've NEVER had it happen that way before. I realized afterwards I had started my period, but even on my period I've always worked out. Is this because of the intensity being more? Is it something I should worry about?
(P.s. I know nobody can give medical advice, just looking for anyone who may have an idea)
