Ladies!
It's period week and I'm severely bloated/cramping!
Do you adjust your workouts, if so, how and what do you do?
Do you gain a lot of weight when it's that time?  ?
What keeps you motivated during that time?
I'm having issues wanting to workout right now because of it.   I gained 2 pounds because of it and it's causing me to feel a little depressed.   Should I continue during the few days?  ?  ?   I'm currently on the 2020 shred challenge.   Half way through!  (edited by moderator)
