How to have a healthier relationship with your body?

Hi! This is my first time being here but y’all seem supportive so let’s do this. My health is at an all time low right now and I am really disappointed at how physically weak my body is. I am currently trying to ease myself back into some light exercise again but I don’t wanna lose motivation immediately. I kinda like the feeling of being sore after a workout because I know that means my body is building muscle again, which is so exciting! I’m really trying to learn that food and fitness in moderation are helpful and not antagonists in my life. I’m just worried that I’ll return to old habits once it gets too demanding to maintain my progress. Right now I just need some encouragement from people that have a healthier relationship with their bodies! (edited by moderator)
