I am currently on day 4 of 2020 2 weeks shred. I want to go with diet but I don't know what to eat and I ended up starving last time. I used to eat wheat in breakfast (with yogurt, eggs etc), lunch ( vegetables mostly) and dinner ( same as lunch) but lately I figured out that wheat doesn't suit me. Now I only eat wheat in breakfast ( I tried to quit it completely but I can't as I'm eating from childhood) in between lunch and breakfast I mostly drink lemonade or milkshake ( with sugar which I want to quit but again I'm using since childhood not easy) in lunch time I mostly eat fruit not much tho like 2 bananas or a small size melon like this at 5 pm I drink tea( again sugar) and for dinner I mostly take boiled rice with yogurt or eggs or pulses. Is it okay? Or I need to modify this?
