I’m in a new relationship it’s been about 5 months and I feel like what took me years to lose I’ve gain back in the past 5 months. My partner and I go on food dates a lot or plan movie nights that have snacks that match the movie. How do you go about making better choices when eating out without taking away the fun. Also because I’m with him a lot I’m not exercising as much between being with him, school and working 2 jobs.
