Hello! I’m starting my fitness journey again and a great motivation for me is watching content creators train.
However, I’m noticing there’s a lot of creators out there spreading unhealthy ideas and just not great practices that I don’t want to follow. I was just wondering if any of you have any recommendations of individuals that use science based practices and/or are just generally kind to their bodies?
For example, I think that Natacha Oceane on YouTube a great resource! She is really great at breaking down the science behind strength training with ample research. But I’m struggling to find more resources like her. Any suggestions?
