For anyone out there doing work out that includes planks and shoulders exercises while having Scoliosis , I just I had a doctor's review that you shouldn't do any back or shoulder exercises if u have scoliosis cuz it could make it even worse , but you can do cardio and Lower body workouts, so if you have any pain on your back or if u have any doubts of having back problems such as scoliosis stop any kind of workout you are doing , till you find out what is the issue and find the right solution for it and be gentle on yourself 🤍
