Earlier this day. I was at my math class. Before I continue my story. I'm no longer obese which it was a big change for me. I'm now overweight and I want to reach 45.kg but. Today my teacher was telling us something but suddenly she make me as a example of being fat. I tried to hold my tears because some of my classmates are coughing in purpose like they are trying to say something. I feel ashamed and rather not to talk at the whole period till the end of the class. I didn't open up to my friends or parents because I know it's a truth and they just going to me that 'you're teacher is right' or 'you should lose weight more if you don't want to be the center of the attention'. Now I'm telling this to you guys because I feel comfortable here than the real world. I need a advice to how to lose weight fast (I'm crying right now while typing this)
