Life Advice
So I kinda feel like in the past month or two I’m way more tired then I have been, I’m starting to worry it’s something more like a health problem, because yes I don’t get a lot of sleep or good sleep most of the time but that’s always been a thing, and yes I’m working out more lately and counting calories so maybe that’s why I’m so tired, but I am literally drained, I can drink coffee and still be able to fall asleep if I close my eyes, I take vitamins and everything is this normal? Has anyone else went through a phase of dieting and more exercise and exhaustion like this? Like I feel like I shouldn’t be this tired, but if I get up and workout normally that helps wake me up but still, I don’t work I’m a stay at home cat mom, I normally do my workouts and clean the house and then chill so idk why I’m so tired! I get around probably 6-7 hours of sleep not great sleep, do I just need more sleep?
