sleep schedule problems

Its usually easy for me to stay consistent working out and even stay in a calorie deficit, however my one and only nemesis has always been sleeping. i can never get to fall asleep early, and always end up sleeping 5-6 hours per night (i have to wake up early because oh school). its not even that im busy, i will start doing random chores such as organizing my desk or cleaning my room in the middle of the night simply because im not tired. anyone know how to fix this? its really been affecting how i function in the morning (and also my activity durring classes)
