Hi guys, I am slightly anemic (iron deficient) and with that comes low energy levels. Because of the tiredness I forget to take my iron supplements, and I just feel really exhausted throughout the day and especially when I get home from school. I really really REALLYYY want to start getting more exercise, but I always feel so tired. Does anyone have any tips or advice or just anything that could help? It would be greatly appreciated. ☺️
