Just wanted to share that after about a month of doing Chloe Ting, I'm significantly stronger. My husband and I moved a king mattress and the frame together and it was a breeze! It would have been significantly harder to do a month ago. Very happy with my progress! Thanks Chloe and your production team who nake the videos so nice to use!
