Lately, I feel like we could all use a little extra motivation—myself included. Some days, just getting out of bed feels like a win. I’m not one for overly peppy inspiration, so I hope these speak to you the way they do to me.
1. You don’t hate your body, you hate your habits. Change them before you start blaming the mirror again.
2. You said you want it, but you’re scrolling again. Be for real.
3. She’s not prettier than you, she’s just disciplined.
4. You keep quitting, don’t act shocked when nothing changes.
5. They already talked behind your back, are you just gonna make it bigger? I’m not gonna sugarcoat it, you’ll just eat that too.
6. You’ve survived worse. Get up.
7. You want “results” but can’t even say no to dessert.
8. You’re not tired, you’re just addicted to comfort.
9. They laughed. Now give them something to choke on.
10. You’re not stuck, you’re just lazy. Fix it.
