Today I tried a recipe which I came across in Insta.
It was really delicious đ and healthy too.
Ingredients:
Soya chunks 100g
Capsicum 1 no.
Onion 1 (medium size)
Garlic cloves 4 to 5
Red chilli powder 1tbsp
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Salt
Coriander powder 1tbsp
Soya sauce 2 to 3 tbsp
Finger millet powder 2 tbsp
Cooking oil 2 to 3 tbsp
Method:
Soak soya chunks in hot water atleast for 10 to 15 min. Chop onion and capsicum into dice.
After 15 min drain water from chunks by squeezing them. Add them into a shredder or mixer(grinder) jar along with it add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garlic cloves and salt as per taste. Shred it.
In a pan add 1 tbsp of cooking oil, saute the diced capsicum and onion for a min. Keep it aside in plate or bowl. To that same pan add 2 tbsp of oil, add shredded Soya mix, fry for some time.
Now let's make a slurry for it. To a glass add soy sauce, finger millet powder add water. Mix well . Now add this slurry to the mix in the pan. Stir well. Now add fried vegetables and mix them well. Di taste check. Add salt if needed.
And done.
Enjoy with steamy hot white rice or choice of your main food . It's rich protein too.
