Chloe Ting Community

I did some Chloe Ting challenges back in 2022 and then life happened. I am starting again now as I've got my wedding next year and I want to feel healthy in body.

Struggled completing the full day 1 work out but one thing I do remember is if I show up for myself I will be able to finish the workouts as time goes on and I will see improvements. 

I need to remember that this is for me and showing up for myself.
