Staying on track with mental illness

I recently was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and so much makes sense now. What kinds of changes did you have to make when you were diagnosed in ur lifestyle when it comes to working out, or just daily habits? how does it affect your day to day in comparison to someone who "doesn't have" mental illness?
