Still a teenager but its okey:))
Im 15, 167cm in height and 66.  5kg in weight tried this exercise and when im in the second exercise, my vision sometimes blurs but its okey since if i continue this i wont get bullied in school anymore thank you miss Chloe.   If i can do it you can to!  !
