Life Advice
Ive been struggling to even go to 210 and I’m a teenager who’s in a very judgy school so you can kind of see what I’m trying to say. It’s not that I’m an unhealthy looking kid but I have a pooch belly or whatever it’s called and it’s so annoying and I constantly suck in my stomach which I know is quite unhealthy. I also struggle with consistency including eating somewhat healthy and exercising. I walk around 10-15k steps a day and I don’t eat like fastfood or junk food often. I’m just asking for any advice for anything that I said. I ALSO struggle real hard with sleep no matter if I have a device or not. In the end I want to not have to suck in my stomach at my graduation, and yes I know stomach fat or whatever is hard to like get rid of but anything would help a girl out.
