Hi,
I have a major sweet tooth 🍬🦷 and almost overindulge in gummy sweets and Lunch Bar chocolates.
Eating healthy isn’t a problem for me as I meticulously planned out my meal prep like making the a switch to low-fat / low cal foods, proteins, healthy fats and wholegrain carbs, but my challenge is reducing or limiting my sugar intake because I’m afraid it can hinder my progress in reducing my belly fat.
Anyone with any tips to beat the sugar cravings and limit sugar intake gradually.
